THE 5 DAY CAPE TOWN TOUR

DAY 1 : CAPE TOWN
Guests will be collected from Cape Town International Airport. The tour will kick off at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Guests can explore and shop for a while before embarking on a ferry ride to Robben Island. On the island guests will be treated to a two and a half hour prison tour where thousands of South Africa’s freedom fighters were incarcerated and most importantly view Nelson Mandela’s cell. Upon returning to the waterfront, guests are met and transferred to their hotel.
DAY 2 : CAPE TOWN
The popular tourist attraction and landmark, Table Mountain is next on the list. Apart from the beautiful views from the top of the mountain, you’ll also be amazed by the rich fauna and flora in the area. Remember to pack your camera to capture memorable moments. Next up, guests will visit the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, internationally acclaimed as one of the seven most magnificent botanical gardens in the world.
DAY 3 : CAPE TOWN
Expect a scenic drive around the Cape Peninsula to the Cape of Good Hope. We’ll take Chapman’s Peak Drive, a picturesque mountain route. Guests can take a short walk up to the new lighthouse to see the amazing view from up there. While in the area guests can also visit the best place to view a colony of African penguins, Boulders Beach. Be sure to take some binoculars when going on this trip.
DAY 4 : CAPE TOWN
Get in the mood for some wine tasting as on day four we’ll be visiting the Cape winelands. The Paarl Wine Route is a popular tourist destination and the area is known for producing exceptional quality Chenin blanc, Chardonnay, Pinotage and Shiraz wines. Guests will have the opportunity to sample and purchase wines. Guests will be taken to Cape Town for an overnight stay.
DAY 5 : DEPARTURE
On the last day of the tour, guests will have the opportunity to shop for souvenirs at the V & A Waterfront or local markets in the area. One of the last stops include the Two Oceans Aquarium where guests can experience the enchanting world of marine life. Guests will then be taken to Cape Town International Airport for a flight back to their country of origin.
